- Provision of financial advisory services and feasibility studies to the board of directors of the Bank, regarding:
– Expansion strategy to new African markets, namely Namibia
– Expansion strategy to new business segments, namely the insurance sector
– Coordination of works with the legal teams and the relevant local authorities
– Transactions with a total equity value of USD 30 million
